Hi everyone ... welcome to the Fall 2013 Capital Punishment Seminar.  Scott Braden and I are excited to be teaching again.  We have a big class this year, so have patience.  Much of what you need will be posted up on this site.  Lecture notes, class reading, information about exercises.  We also use it to field questions leftover from class or to clarify things we may say.  You should feel free to post and ask questions also.  I would ask that you identify yourself, the comments come to me (Deborah) prior to posting, if something is anonymous or disrespectful to someone else, it will not be posted!  We will also post information about legal happenings from SCOTUS and ARKSC and post if we have any arguments scheduled that may be interesting to the class.
